Abstract
This study highlights key implications derived from teachers' lived experiences in supporting inclusive education. Findings reveal critical gaps in training, collaboration, resource availability, parental involvement, and teacher well-being. To address these, the study recommends intensified and practical capacity-building programs, stronger collaborative support systems, improved resource allocation, enhanced parent and community engagement, and well-being initiatives for teachers. Additionally, it calls for clearer policy communication and consistent school-level monitoring. These insights guide stakeholders toward more empathetic, practical, and systemic approaches to inclusive education. Future research is encouraged to explore administrative perspectives, parental experiences, student voices, contextual comparisons, longitudinal teacher development, and the effectiveness of professional development programs.
