Abstract
In the digital age, customer experience has emerged as a critical differentiator for businesses across industries. With the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI), organizations are increasingly deploying AI-powered chatbots to enhance customer service, streamline communication, and provide instant support. This research explores the role of AI-driven chatbots in improving customer experience by analyzing their effectiveness in handling customer queries, personalization of interactions, and overall user satisfaction. The study examines how technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) contribute to intelligent response generation, emotional understanding, and continuous learning from user interactions. Through a combination of literature review, user feedback, and case studies from sectors such as imitations of chatbot integration. Findings suggest that while AI chatbots significantly improve response time and availability, challenges remain in achieving human-like empathy and resolving complex issues. The study concludes by offering recommendations for designing more customer-centric chatbot systems and outlines future directions for enhancing AI-human interaction in customer service contexts.
