The digital transformation of Human Resource Management (HRM) systems has significantly improved organizational efficiency through automation, intelligent analytics, and secure data management. This paper presents an Intelligent HR and Payroll Management System designed to streamline employee management, payroll processing, recruitment activities, and performance analysis within a unified web-based platform. The proposed system integrates employee record management, attendance tracking, leave management, salary computation, payslip generation, AI-based resume screening, interview scheduling, chatbot support, performance evaluation, and predictive analytics. The application is developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, providing a secure and scalable environment for managing HR operations. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), encryption techniques, and audit logging are incorporated to ensure data security, privacy, and authorized access. The system significantly reduces manual effort, minimizes payroll errors, improves transparency, and enhances operational efficiency compared to traditional HR and payroll management methods. Additionally, the platform supports real-time reporting and analytics, enabling HR managers to make informed decisions based on workforce and recruitment data. Advanced dashboards provide insights into employee performance, payroll expenses, hiring activities, and organizational trends. The integrated chatbot assists users by providing instant responses to common HR-related queries, while AI-powered resume screening and interview scheduling modules simplify the recruitment process. Overall, the proposed solution delivers a secure, efficient, and user-friendly HRM platform that supports modern organizational requirements and digital transformation goals.
