Abstract
**Abstract—** This paper presents the design, implementation, and evaluation of a Gemini-integrated multimodal web assistant with an AI-powered resume generation and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization module. The proposed system leverages Google's Gemini 2.0 Flash API to provide intelligent conversational capabilities and support multimodal input processing, including text, images, PDF documents, videos, and text files. In addition, the system incorporates an advanced resume builder that utilizes Cohere API to generate professional summaries, recommend skills, and optimize resumes for ATS compatibility. The platform includes several user-centric features such as voice input recognition, real-time search functionality, automatic chat history management, export and import capabilities, responsive user interface design, and theme customization. A modular architecture is adopted to ensure scalability, maintainability, and efficient client-side processing. Comprehensive testing demonstrates reliable performance, effective file handling, and enhanced user experience across educational, professional, and career development applications. The proposed system addresses the limitations of traditional chatbot platforms by integrating conversational AI, document processing, and intelligent resume generation into a unified environment. Experimental evaluation indicates satisfactory response time, efficient resource utilization, and improved usability. Furthermore, this paper discusses future enhancements, including Optical Character Recognition (OCR), real-time collaboration, advanced analytics, enhanced security mechanisms, and mobile application support. The developed platform demonstrates significant potential as an intelligent digital assistant for students, job seekers, and professionals by streamlining communication, document management, and career development activities.
