Abstract
This report proposes the design and implementation of a control system for a fruit drying oven (single heating zone) using the CC-Link industrial communication network and Mitsubishi PLC (programmed with GX Works2). The system utilizes a high-speed CC-Link network to enable real-time communication between the central controller (PLC) and field devices (sensors, actuators). The proposed control method includes fuzzy logic or optimal control to maintain a stable drying temperature and optimize energy efficiency and product quality. The main objective is to build a control model and PLC logic that ensures high accuracy and stability in the drying process while leveraging the advantages of CC-Link (real-time communication and high reliability)
