Abstract
Digital twins are virtual replicas of physical entities or systems that simulate their real-time behavior and performance. By integrating artificial intelligence (AI), digital twins can evolve from static models to dynamic, intelligent systems capable of predictive analysis, optimization, and decision-making. This paper explores the transformative potential of AI-powered digital twins in various fields, including Industry 4.0, urban planning, and healthcare simulation. The concept of a digital twin enables the creation of virtual representations of physical systems, which are continuously updated using real-time data from sensors and IoT devices. The integration of AI enhances the predictive capabilities of digital twins, allowing them to anticipate future states, optimize operations, and improve efficiency. This paper discusses the role of AI-driven digital twins in enhancing manufacturing processes, improving city planning, and revolutionizing healthcare systems. The integration of AI and digital twins has the potential to create more efficient, sustainable, and intelligent systems across multiple industries.
