Abstract
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Early detection and prediction of CHD risk can significantly improve patient outcomes. This study proposes an optimized metric learning approach for enhanced CHD prediction. By learning an optimal distance metric, our model captures complex relationships between risk factors and CHD outcomes. We evaluate our approach using a comprehensive dataset and demonstrate improved prediction accuracy compared to traditional methods. Our results show that optimized metric learning can identify high-risk patients and provide valuable insights for targeted interventions. The proposed approach has the potential to revolutionize CHD risk assessment, enabling healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and improve patient care. This study highlights the effectiveness of optimized metric learning in CHD prediction, paving the way for further research and applications in cardiovascular disease diagnosis and prevention. By leveraging advanced machine learning techniques, we can improve CHD outcomes and save lives.
