Mahatma Gandhi's educational philosophy, emphasizing holistic development, character building, and integration of productive labour with learning, remains profoundly relevant today. This study explores the enduring resonance between Gandhi's ideals and India’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, highlighting synergies that promote inclusivity, ethical education, and vocational training. By examining Gandhi’s Nai Talim framework and NEP’s multidisciplinary approach, the article offers insights for creating an education system that is culturally rooted, socially responsible, and globally competitive.
