Abstract
In this current interconnected world where so much data is being transferred it has given rise to Cloud Computing and BigData Technologies.This has also alerted the need of user security and their privacy.The paper proposes a new decentralized access control scheme for secure data storage in clouds that supports anonymous authentication to registered users. In this scheme the cloud verifies the authenticity of the user without knowing the user’s identity before storing data. Cloud database has no idea of what data is been stored. This scheme also has the added feature of access control in which only valid users are able to decrypt the stored information also allowing user to share their stored data with other people. The scheme supports creation and reading the data stored in the Cloud. The technology also allows administrator to revoke user rights of usage and deleting complete user data during cyber emergencies The data when stored on Cloud is divided and stored on multiple databases of which location is unknown . Cloud does the part of storing and retrieving data without knowledge of its contents.
