Abstract
इस अध्ययन ने उपलब्धि और उपलब्धि प्रेरणा और आत्म अवधारणा के साथ उसके संबंध की जांच की। विषयों में माध्यमिक स्तर पर बिजनौर जिले के चार सार्वजनिक और चार निजी स्कूलों के 336 छात्र (146 पुरुष और 172 महिलाएं) शामिल थे। अध्ययन में 9वीं कक्षा में नामांकित सभी आठ स्कूलों के इंटैक्ट समूह शामिल थे। श्अकादमिक स्व-विवरण प्रश्नावली प्प्श् (मार्श, 1990) और ख्श्जनरल अचीवमेंट गोल ओरिएंटेशन स्केलश्, (मैकइनर्नी, 1997) का हिंदी अनुवादित संस्करण का उपयोग किया गया था। परिणामों से पता चला कि उपलब्धि प्रेरणा और आत्म अवधारणा शैक्षणिक उपलब्धि से महत्वपूर्ण रूप से संबंधित हैं। महत्वपूर्ण लिंग भेद पाए गए जो लड़कियों के पक्ष में थे। यह सुझाव दिया गया कि शिक्षकों को अपने ग्रेड में सुधार के लिए छात्रों को शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों में शामिल करने के लिए प्रेरक रणनीतियों का उपयोग करना चाहिए।
