Abstract

Wild edible plants play a significant role in the traditional diets and livelihoods of people in the Jammu and Kashmir region. This abstract explores the diversity of wild edible plants found in this region, highlighting their nutritional value, cultural importance, and economic potential. The study examines various species, their seasonal availability, harvesting methods, and traditional culinary uses.
