With the ever-increasing development of multimedia requests, protection is a vital subject in contact and storage of pictures, and encryption is one the methods to safeguard security. Picture encryption methods endeavor to change early picture to one more picture that is hard to understand; to retain the picture confidential amid users, in supplementary word, it is vital that nobody might become to understand the content lacking a key for decryption.
