Abstract
An internet is a massive storage of digital images, so the web image re-ranking is an effective approach to capture the relevant image by one click. The existing system works on low level visual features and based on attribute classification and categorization. These strategies are already used by the commercial search engine such as Google, Bing and Yahoo. In this paper, we proposed novel approach for web image re-ranking based on Attribute assisted hypergraph. Every image in a pool contains an predefine attribute features depending on feature attribute , the image can easily captured by user but many images having the same feature attribute. Hence the re- ranking is done by integrating low level visual features and attribute features.
