Abstract
This project focuses on the development of a system for number plate detection and pollution measurement. The system is designed to detect and recognize license plates from live video, using computer vision techniques such as object detection and optical character recognition. Additionally, the system can measure the level of pollution emitted by vehicles on the road, using sensors and data analysis algorithms. The project has significant applications in traffic management, environmental protection, and law enforcement, as it enables authorities to identify traffic violations, enforce traffic regulations, and promote cleaner air.
