Abstract
ABSTRACT
The quality of website helps hotel managers improve the quality of hotel services. Well developed software can provide ability to increase customer’s satisfaction. In this paper, we will study about hotel management. The aspects of a hotel offer participate in the guests’ evaluation of the hotel experience. Due to increase in the use of social media brought extreme changes in information channels that hotel customers use to make booking decisions as per their need. The hotel has to be aware of weaknesses and the strengths of their business and for that they should know which improvements are needed in the hotel operations so they can bring additional value to their website. The hotel management should provide valuable information about customer’s preferences and has to present most reliable information sources for gaining customers.
