Abstract

Project-based learning has proven its strengths in improving language learner’s abilities and teaching method diversity. Although it is widely used in teaching a second language like English worldwide, in Vietnam, especially in Thai Nguyen University of Economics and Business Administration (TUEBA), it is the very first step to prove its benefits in language teaching and learning here. This study is conducted in order to investigate its advantages in improving ESL students’ speaking proficiency, which is considered as the most challenging skill with Asian students for its productive aspects.
