Abstract
This study aims to explore the importance of English in India as well as for the potential
immigrants going abroad. It also highlights the implications of the prepared materials in the
form of an intervention program. The study even recommends that special English program
should be arranged for potential immigrants in the form of ESP, so that they may become
equipped to perform challenging tasks related to their education or job in an English speaking
country.
