Abstract
The fiber structure, structure of yarn, and mechanical properties including tensile modulus, tenacity, and elongation play vital roles in determining the anti-cut property of the fabric. Para-Aramid and Ultra-High-Density Polyethylene (UHDPE) fibers are mainly used to protect fabrics from being affected mechanically. The development of a laminate polymer with improved thermal stability and fire-resistant qualities is vital for any high-performance application. The goal of this study is to assess the laminate reinforced with Kevlar fibers.
