Abstract
In today’s rapidly digitalizing education sector, many institutions still rely on disjointed systems for academic and administrative operations, resulting in inefficiencies, redundancy, and delays. This paper presents Campus 360 – Smarter Student ERP, a comprehensive, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning system that integrates all key functions of a college into a single digital platform. The system connects students, faculty, and administrators through a unified interface that automates operations such as admissions, fee collection, hostel management, examinations, library transactions, and cafeteria ordering. Developed using Python (Django/Flask) for backend, React.js for web frontend, and Flutter for mobile applications, the system ensures real-time synchronization, transparency, and paperless workflows. The ERP integrates payment gateways for secure transactions and uses role-based authentication with encrypted data storage to maintain privacy. Testing shows a 40% reduction in manual workload and a 30% decrease in operational costs, demonstrating its potential as a sustainable digital campus solution.
