Abstract

The study presents the construction of an air quality monitoring information system in Dong Hy district (Thai Nguyen) in the form of a simulated website, using data from environmental monitoring stations. The system allows displaying air pollution indicators such as PM2.5, PM10, NO₂, SO₂ and noise, and provides trend analysis charts and warnings when exceeding thresholds. Although not connected to real-time data, the system uses simulated data and web design tools (HTML, CSS, JS) to illustrate the effective and user-friendly environmental monitoring feature. The study contributes to raising public awareness and proposing directions for developing an environmental management system using digital technology.
