Abstract
Swami Sahajanand Saraswati is a name to be remembered on our soil. He is the undisputed leader of the peasant movement in India and today he is the ideal of the masses and a hero of millions. It was indeed a privilege to have him as the chairman of the reception committee of the All India Anti-Compromise Conference at Ramgarh. It was a privilege and honour for the Forward Bloc to have him as one of the leading leaders of the leftist movement and a friend, philosopher and guide of the Forward Bloc. Following Swamiji's leadership, a large number of leading leaders of the peasant movement joined the Forward Bloc.
