Abstract
This rare case describes a primary bulbar ulcer perforation in a 2-month-old infant, occurring in the context of severe acute bronchiolitis under corticosteroid therapy (inhaled and systemic). The clinical course was marked by septic shock, gastrointestinal bleeding, and the discovery of a perforated duodenal ulcer, leading to death despite surgical intervention.
