Abstract
The real estate industry is on the brink of a
technological revolution with the integration of
Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Blockchain,
and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This paper presents a
novel solution that combines these advanced technologies
to address the challenges faced in real estate transactions,
particularly focusing on enhancing the house touring
experience and improving customer interactions. By
leveraging AR/VR for immersive property visualization,
Blockchain for secure and transparent transactions, and
AI for personalized client interactions, this system provides
an innovative approach to modernize the real estate sector.
This paper details the system architecture, implementation,
and potential future advancement
