Abstract

This paper explores the diversification of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Jammu and Kashmir (J&K). The study investigates the range of industries within the MSME sector, their growth patterns, and the factors influencing diversification. Using a mixed-method approach, this research combines quantitative data analysis with qualitative insights from field surveys and interviews. The findings highlight significant diversification trends, regional differences, and the key challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs in these states.
