Abstract
The development of software must first go through a design phase. Currently, the most widely used notation for designing an application is the Unified Modelling Language (UML), which is based on the use of objects to synchronize with object-oriented programming. Designing with UML is carried out using diagrams, and UML provides several diagrams, the most crucial of which is the class diagram. Coupling at the class diagram level should not be disregarded in terms of software quality. This article presents a technique for modelling the class diagram to achieve lower coupling. Furthermore, quality software conforms to the criterion of low coupling between the classes in the class diagram.
