Abstract
An examination of the exchange interactions and processes that contribute to the magnetic properties of diluted magnetic semiconductors is provided. Specifically, the importance of long-range interactions in II-VI DMS is highlighted. In this study, we report on the outcomes of experimental investigations on the magnetic behavior of diluted magnetic semiconductors. The magnetic characteristics of both are advantageous at low temperatures and high specific heat Zn1-xMnxSe and Zn1-xMnxS studies be conducted. In this study, we will focus on the physical principles behind the Mn-Mn interaction, the significance of long-range interactions, and how to include them into model computations.
