Abstract

This research describes the basics of blog from which a person can understand the meaning of blog how it is created, how it is operated and how much important tools for e learners it also describes the types of blogs.so by studying this research paper learner can able to operate the blog and he is able to use this tool for his further study and to increase his knowledge. The title itself suggests that blog is creative e learning tool for e learners.
