Abstract
Digitisation has proved to be backbone in the financial markets which has opened the opportunities for the people living in backward areas. After the implementation of New Economic Policies in India in 1991, its long-term impact can be easily traced as it has led to more competitive and technology advanced country. The real time information, Unified Payments interface, Robo-Advisory Services, lower cost and better transparency has increased the effectiveness and productivity in investments. This study will examine the Role of digital transformation in investment decision of Retail Investors in Indian Capital market.
