Abstract

The manufacturing industry of Unilever is currently experiencing a labor shortage, which has resulted in challenges in meeting production demands. This shortage is due to various factors such as a decrease in available workforce, changes in immigration policies, and an aging population. Unilever is taking steps to address this issue by implementing new recruitment strategies, increasing automation, and offering attractive compensation packages to attract new workers. Additionally, the company is investing in training programs to upskill and retain current employees. The labor shortage in Unilever's manufacturing industry highlights the need for companies to adapt and innovate to overcome challenges in an evolving job market.
