Abstract

Website development for villagers who are financially poor and need help.With the help of this website, the user can fill the online form for which the system needs. There are plenty people in villages who are financially poor and need some help. For example: Herd for animals, individual farms, individual irrigation etc. For those needy Panchayat people Samiti offers several schemes. These schemes are limited to only 10 persons from one village Year. Many people in the village think I should get an offer. So everyone fill out the form. But Panchayat Samiti needs only 10 forms for each scheme. It's hard to master everyone's forms people and it is also difficult to find the 10 who really need it and provide them with the facilities which they deserve.
