Abstract
In order to discover the seabed, remotely operated vehicles, commonly referred to as ROVs, found limits in their operation related to underwater operation. This category of gear is confronted with several major classes of scientific problems, namely: energy autonomy, navigation coupled with the problem of positioning. Today, underwater robots are an integral part of scientific equipment to explore the seas and oceans. The modeling and simulation of the operation of these machines are part of the steps to solve these problems.
